General
The Woolmakers gift card can be exchanged for products in the Woolmakers webshop. The Gift Card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can only be used once.
Purchase
The Gift Card can be purchased through the Woolmakers webshop. The Gift Card can be purchased in amounts of 25, 50 and 100 euros.
Redeem
The Gift Card can be exchanged for products in the Woolmakers webshop. The amount on the Gift Card can be used to purchase one or more products, but must be used in one transaction. Other payments must be made separately.
Loss or theft
Woolmakers is not responsible for loss, theft or misuse of the Gift Card. In the event of loss or theft, the recipient should contact Woolmakers customer service.
Amendments
Woolmakers reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
Liability
Woolmakers is not liable for errors in the issue, product descriptions or other information provided in connection with the Gift Card.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies to the Gift Card and these terms and conditions.
Complaint procedure
If you have a complaint about the Gift Card, you should report this to Woolmakers customer service as soon as possible. They will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.
